Open Chatup and tap Continue with Apple or Continue with Google. No phone number or password is needed, and account creation is instant.
Open a chat and tap the translate button in the header. Messages you receive are then shown in your language automatically, right under the original text. You can turn it off the same way.
Go to the Rooms tab, browse by category or search, then tap a room and press Join. You appear under a nickname, not your real name.
Open a chat and tap the phone or video icon in the top right. When the call ends, it is saved in the conversation with its duration, so you can see what you missed and call back from there.
Open the chat or room, tap the menu in the top right, then choose Block or Report. Blocked people cannot message you or see your profile. Reports are reviewed and abusive accounts are removed.
Go to the Profile tab and choose Language. Chatup is available in Korean, English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese and Japanese.
Go to the Profile tab and choose Delete account. Your profile, chats and messages are removed. If you change your mind you can cancel within 30 days by signing in again.
